The team have been working hard this summer to get ready for biggest change in the brand's history. The world of AI-enabled hackers has changed the game for everyone, and we are pleased to announce our largest release in the platform's history.
At its centre are three new products, now open for early access. The first is an AI Pentest Agent that runs real exploitation attempts against your environment. The second is a more accessible route into Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and SOC coverage. The third is a zero-trust App Manager for controlling what runs across your estate. We've also done a large piece of work to bring RoboShadow's vulnerability coverage in line with tools such as Qualys and Nessus, carried out the biggest tidy-up of the portal we've ever done, and will be starting to roll out a redesigned interface.
More than 120,000 organisations now use RoboShadow, and keeping all of them protected as attack methods change means we need to keep adding capabilities to a single platform. For managed service providers, several of these additions also open up new services to offer clients.
Three major new products, open now for early access
Eight new elements live for you to try under the App Bounty programme
A Qualys and Nessus parity upgrade across BIOS, Windows apps and more
A first look at the new portal skin
Not to be confused with our current AI Pentest Simulation. Our new AI Pentest Agent is designed to combat AI-enabled hackers by running the actual AI exploitation across your systems before the bad guys do. Instead of exfiltrating data or holding you to ransom, it will show you exactly how it got in and what you need to do to fix it. It can run across your network, code and cloud environments, giving you a clear breach report and a way to test whether tools like your SIEM and SOC are picking up the activity.
For MSPs, this also creates another service to offer clients. Once it’s bedded in, we’ll add scheduling so you can run it automatically as often as you need. This is the ultimate offensive and purple team testing capability coming into the platform.

The other major antidote to AI-enabled hacking is the all-important SIEM/SOC layer. Historically this has been too expensive for the masses, but we think Microsoft has done a cracking job bringing Sentinel into the Defender ecosystem.
With some smart engineering, plus our automation fix framework and AI breach assistance, we can make this capability much more accessible to internal IT teams and MSPs, giving them the ability to fend for themselves better. For MSPs in particular, it also creates another potential revenue stream, with case studies showing a 50% uptick in winning new deals.

AI tools and vibe-coded applications are creating a renaissance on people's local hardware, but they are also a cybersecurity nightmare. Knowing exactly what is running across an estate in the form of packages, and being able to stop it where needed, is becoming more and more important.
Our App Manager gives tech leaders and MSPs a clearer view of the apps, packages and tools being used across their estate, with the ability to group, whitelist or restrict them using a risk-based approach. Our AI overlay can also regularly review those apps, widgets and packages and flag anything that starts to come into ill repute.

We will be starting to roll out a new Skin with a much-requested side bar and all new graphical revamp. We won’t try and change too much too quickly but below is the new look portal that will start being rolled out this month. I know none of us like moving to new graphical interfaces, I'm aware of the horror stories. I understand people's reluctance. However if people can help contribute to making this smooth, that would be wonderful. When we poll you guys, there never seems to be much appetite to change what we have; however we think the old one's looking tired now and needs a refresh (any help you can give us as we go through this would be greatly appreciated).
This is all part of our App Bounty programme, the first to test and find issues on this will receive £25 gift card for all of these. We are also giving gift cards to people who do a half decent test and issue us feedback (even if there are no issues found).

This release adds more to RoboShadow at once than anything we've shipped before, and the roadmap above shows there's plenty more to come. How well these features settle in depends on the people who use them every day, which is why early access and the App Bounty programme matter so much to us. If you can spend some time testing any of the new products or features, your feedback will directly shape how they develop. As a thank you, we give gift cards for thorough testing and useful feedback.
You can apply for early access to the AI Pentest Agent, Sentinel or App Manager through the early access form, or join the App Bounty programme through the App Bounty sign-up form. If you're new to RoboShadow and want to try the platform, you can get started here. If you run into any problems, whether with the new interface, billing after the Payments V2 migration or anything else, our support team is happy to help.
Thank you to everyone in the RoboShadow community who has tested the platform, asked questions and sent feedback so far. A lot of what's in this release started as a conversation with customers, and we look forward to hearing what you think of it.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@roboshadow.com
