New in RoboShadow: PSA Integration Redesign, ARM64 Support & MFA Enforcement

Written by Zaima Lalmahomed | Oct 23, 2026, 12:37:12 PM

Another round of updates from the team has gone into production, and pretty much all of the capabilities in this release have come directly from your requests. Alongside the headline additions below, there are around 200 tickets in the background supporting these updates, covering smaller fixes and modifications across the platform.

The headline update this time is a complete redesign of our PSA Integration interface, making it much easier for MSPs and IT administrators to manage service desk connections and vulnerability ticketing across multiple tenancies. Alongside that, we have added a dedicated Windows ARM64 Agent download link to the Downloads page, tenancy-wide MFA enforcement, one-click remediation for unquoted service paths in Windows, and a new Create Rule shortcut directly inside AI AutoFix.

We also had our first meeting with the Beta test group for the AI Pentest Bot, which went really well, and the programme is already oversubscribed. The three new products we currently have out in sea trials (SIEM/SOC, AI Pentest Bot and App Manager) are all progressing very well. Charlie and the team are also doing a very good job of tidying up the whole platform, with the new blue theme already being used quite a lot, although this is still in its early stages – we would love to hear your experience.

In this release:

  • PSA Integration Redesign
  • ARM64 Agent Download Link Added to the Downloads Page
  • Enforce MFA
  • One-Click Remediation for Unquoted Service Paths
  • Create Rule Button

Now available in the portal

PSA Integration Redesign (Experimental Feature)

The PSA Integration v2 is a complete redesign of our integration interface. This update focuses on clarity, ease of use, and streamlined management of your service desk connections. By centralising settings and introducing bulk actions, the redesign helps MSPs and IT administrators manage vulnerability ticketing more efficiently across multiple tenancies. It's currently an experimental feature, so you'll need to switch it on first.

ARM64 Agent Download Link Added to the Downloads Page

The Windows ARM64 Agent is a dedicated build of the RoboShadow agent designed specifically for devices running ARM-based processors (such as the Microsoft Surface Pro X, Samsung Galaxy Book, or newer ARM-based laptops). This native agent ensures optimal performance, lower power consumption, and full compatibility with the RoboShadow ecosystem for modern ARM hardware.

Enforce MFA (Experimental Feature)

The Enforce MFA feature is a critical security enhancement that allows tenancy administrators to mandate Multi-Factor Authentication for all organisations under their control. Passwords on their own remain one of the most common ways in for attackers, and this gives you a single switch to close that gap instead of chasing users one at a time. Like the PSA Integration redesign, Enforce MFA is currently an experimental feature, so you'll need to switch it on first.

One-Click Remediation for Unquoted Service Paths

Unquoted service paths are a common security vulnerability in Windows environments. RoboShadow now provides a streamlined, one-click remediation tool within the portal to identify and resolve these vulnerabilities across your device fleet automatically.

Create Rule Button

The Create Rule button is a quality-of-life enhancement designed to streamline the patch management workflow within the portal. It allows administrators to generate automation rules directly from the AI AutoFix interface, eliminating the need to navigate between different sections of the portal, saving time and reducing configuration friction.

Coming soon

There's plenty more in the pipeline, and the following features will be landing in the portal shortly. We'll share more detail on each one as it arrives.

  • SNMP Discovery
  • End user communication for AI AutoFix
  • "Exclude" Operator in Device Groups
  • Patch Summary Report
  • Auto Uninstall Rules
  • Only update within current major version in AutoFix

A quick reminder from the previous release

In case you missed the release before this one, there are seven things in the portal worth a look:

  • Tenancy Vulnerability Reporting (Experimental): Consolidated reporting across your tenancy for Antivirus, OS Updates, Data/Disks, Hardware, and Software.
  • Device Groups at Tenancy Level: Build device groups that span multiple organisations across your tenancy.
  • Auto-Install Rules in AI AutoFix (Experimental): Automatically roll out approved software across your estate using AI AutoFix rules.
  • One-Click Update – General and Advanced Tabs: A cleaner layout separating everyday scheduling options from advanced upgrade controls.
  • Windows Updates – Restart if Required: Automatically reboot devices when an AI AutoFix update requires a restart to complete.
  • Custom SLAs on the DORA Report: Configure your own remediation SLA timeframes on the DORA view of the Patching Compliance Report.
  • Executive Summary Report: A plain-English overview with simple graphs designed for leadership and board conversations.
